Depending on the type of injection that has been used and the area where it has been injected, the effect of a dermal filler may last from 6 to 18 months from the time of procedure.
Areas of the face where there is more movement for example cheeks and jawline – the effect of a Filler is less prolonged. In contrast, areas of the face with little muscular movement like under eyes,the duration a Filler can last from 3 to 5 years.

Are any precautions needed after a filler treatment?

Usually no precautions are needed at all After a filler treatment and the client can go back to work immediately after the procedure Or on the next day.
Occasionally a small hematoma due to leakage of blood into the skin May be seen which may appear as a reddish blue spot on the skin. This usually disappears within 3 to 6 days after the procedure.

Can the effect of dermal filler be removed if I don’t like it?

Very rarely the patients may not like the exact appearance following a dermal filler procedure. In such a rare case scenario the effect of dermal filler Can be immediately removed by dissolving the filler by giving hyaluronidase injection which dissolves the Filler substance immediately.
